This is a high output, 40,000 volt Lucas Sports Coil that must be used with 1.6 ohm external ballast resistor. Allows plug gap to be increased for better combustion which gives better performance and economy. (To insure you have an coil that has an external ballast the Primary resistance should be 1.5 Ohms.
